Help With Electronic Filings
If you are new to filing documents in cases designated as Electronic Filing you need to do the following:
- Purchase the current version of Adobe Acrobat to convert your documents
to the required PDF format. See Adobe
online to learn more about the Acrobat Software.
- Download a copy of the User Manual and review its contents. - PDF
- Download the "Application for Account and Letter of Assurance" for an account. Complete the
form and email to the MPSC. - PDF
- If you cannot obtain appropriate PDF converter software, documents can also be submitted as an attachment to an email,
in Word of PDF format, to email@example.com. If you require assistance prior to e-filing, contact Commission staff
